This is small selection of print-based artworks which have been in exhibitions and sold in galleries. I use printmaking as a means of giving physicality to the digital medium. This came about through creating digital works which became obselete & unreadble due to changes n technology. All my printbsaed works have undergone digital remediation and have their sources in photograpy. Print processes that I most often use are screen printing, photographic etching, toray plates and cyanotupes. All works are hand printed by me, using archival papers and inks. The tactile qualities of the print are very important to works created and my favourite papers being Somerset Satin/ Vevet and Hanh Mule which have lovely textures. This gallery shows samples of my work in commercial web design and experimental interactive projects. Once upon a time I enjoyed the boom of the 90's dot.com era, working for design companies in Sydney and London before following a more experimental and research oriented career path. Commercial design clients featured include The Australian Tourist Commission designed with 7 worldwide multlingual regional variations, Proteus Solutions, Leon Nacson Dream Intepreter (Today FM). Experimental works have been made as part of artist residencies and projects and go back as far as 1998 with my first online work which used realvideo player 1(which is now redundant) and was about fetishes and the human body.
